Shipping

If you purchased $200 then shipping is free. Shipping is surprisingly costly but we want to offer this to our customers as a thank you for shopping for us.

Otherwise, shipping is $5 anywhere in the US, including HI and AK. Packages will be sent using the best carrier per package. Most of the time it will arrive via USPS (1-3 days priority shipping). For east coast US or HI and AK, it will likely be more like 5 days ground. We reduced the total of shipping because we want to compete with larger companies and encourage you to shop small.

Our small team will work hard to ship in a reasonable amount of time with a goal of out the door in 1-3 days. It’s a tight turnaround so we won’t be able to make any changes to your order once it’s placed.

We don’t ship internationally at the moment.

Returns

We offer returns for full refund if initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. After that, we can consider store credit. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns on paper products or found objects.

All returns must include all original packaging and be in brand new condition.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. And we’re also not responsible for the return shipping.

If you want to ensure your package arrives securely then we suggest insuring it. We’re not responsible for lost packages when sending returns to us so we encourage you to request a signature upon delivery.
